Flocci Calendar turns the scheduling grid into the meeting room. A traditional calendar stores the invite and then hands you off to Zoom or Meet links, a notes doc, and a transcription bot. Flocci Calendar keeps the whole meeting lifecycle on the event itself: plan it, join the built-in huddle room from the event card, watch the live transcript stream while you talk, and end with an AI summary — decisions, action items, risks — attached to the event's history.

How do the AI meeting notes work?
While a huddle runs, a live transcript streams in the sidebar. When the meeting ends, AI distills it into a summary with decisions, action items and flagged risks, and saves everything onto the calendar event itself — so the record lives where the meeting was scheduled.
Can someone join a meeting without a Flocci account?
Yes. Share a guest link and the person joins the huddle in their browser without signing up. That makes client calls, vendor meetings and interviews friction-free — the guest needs nothing but the link.
