Which calendar apps include AI meeting notes?
Built-in versus bolt-on matters. Motion's site describes a notetaker that works during Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls; Akiflow's pricing page lists recording, transcripts, summaries and action items as a paid add-on on top of its Pro plan.
Cal.com's Cal Video help page lists automatic recording and transcription settings, with transcription settings available on team plans; it does not list an AI summary. Google Calendar's own AI note-taking depends on paid Google plans, as covered on our Google Calendar comparison.
