What is a Calendly alternative that includes video meetings?

Direct answer: It depends on what you need from Calendly. For public booking links with routing and round-robin, Cal.com has its own Cal Video option and a free plan for one user. For a team calendar where every event has a built-in video room, a live transcript and an AI summary, Flocci Calendar hosts the meeting itself; Calendly attaches external links.

Calendly is a booking-link layer: outsiders pick a slot and the calendar event gets a Zoom, Meet or Teams link. Alternatives fall into two groups. Booking-first tools such as Cal.com keep the same pattern and add routing, round-robin and payments; its pricing page lists Teams at $12 and Organizations at $28 per user per month (checked 2026-10-11).

Calendar-first tools put the meeting inside the event. Flocci Calendar gives every event a huddle room joined in one click, a live transcript while you talk, and an AI summary with decisions and action items saved on the event. Guests join by link without an account.

If your main need is letting strangers book time with sales routing, a booking-first tool fits. If it is your own team's week and what gets decided in it, a calendar-first tool does. The two can be used side by side.
